KD Electronics timeware® sales procedure
Providing your customers with a time and attendance solution couldn't be easier:
Step 1. The demonstration
You are the Suprema expert and timeware® are Suprema's time and attendance partner. You arrange a time and date of the demonstration with both your customer and timeware®. A timeware® specialist will demonstrate the software over Teams, (or in person if required), with both you and your customer present. Your contact at timeware® is Mike Coope. Step 2. The quotation
timeware® will advise you which of the two software versions is suitable, either Small Business or Professional and provide you with the wording for your quotation. You will also be quoting for a Suprema attendance device, possibly a BioStation 3.
Step 3. Placing your order with KD Electronics
When the time is right, simply order your Suprema device and timeware® software package from KD Electronics.
Step 4. The installation
You arrange the date of the installation with your customer and timeware®. You will be installing the Suprema device and the timeware® specialist will be installing the software. The timeware® specialist will gather all the necessary configuration details directly with your customer, keeping you updated of the project status. Once the software has been configured, the timeware® specialist will complete the user training via teams and introduce your customer to the timeware® support team.
Step 5. Ongoing support
One years' managed service is included in the cost of the software package which allows your customer to contact timeware® support as many times as required following the training. Incidentally, unlimited user training for new starters is also included in the managed service.
Towards the end of the first year, timeware® will provide the customer with a quote for the next year's managed service cover. The customer will always purchase additional attendance devices from the installer.
Please note that the timeware® managed service covers the support and maintenance of the timeware® software. The support of the Suprema device is the responsibility of the installer.
